"Repair took way longer than I expected"
I sent my Kyocera phone in for repair after looking up the info on Kyocera, and the whole thing seemed straightforward at first. But once I shipped it off, everything slowed way down. I barely got any updates unless I reached out first, and even then the replies were vague and didn’t really tell me much.
The phone did come back working, so I’ll give them that, but it took almost 3 weeks and the shipping details were confusing the whole time. The box also looked like it had been tossed around a bit, which made me feel like they weren’t being very careful with it. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected better communication and more careful handling.

"Good connection, but it did drop once"
The network has been solid overall and works fine for what I need. I did have one small drop, which was annoying but not a huge deal. I haven’t bothered reaching out to customer service because, i don’t really trust them to be much help unless things get worse.

"Print speed is just okay"
Sometimes it prints fast, but it slows down more often than I expected. It feels like the kind of issue that should be preventable with better optimization or updates.

"The printer itself works fine, so I..."
The printer itself works fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. But wow, the kyocera software feels clunky. I kept thinking, “Okay, the setting has to be around here somewhere,” and then I’d end up digging through another menu. Updates took way longer than I expected, and I had to restart twice just to get scanning to work. It got the job done eventually, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

"Easy, smooth experience with the dealer"
The dealer was really easy to work with and the service was fast and helpful. It’s one of those simple experiences that reminds you how much of a difference good customer service can make.

"Support left me feeling hopeful, then frustrated"
I reached out thinking it’d be a quick fix, and at first I was just trying to be patient. But after waiting days for a reply, I finally heard back and got passed around instead of actually getting help. I went from hopeful to annoyed fast. In the end, nothing really got resolved, which was frustrating.

"Toner Lasts Surprisingly Long"
I didn’t expect the toner to last this long. I’ve been using it for months and only just had to replace it. For me, that makes it totally worth it and I’d definitely buy it again

"Costs more to run than I expected"
I bought a Kyocera printer thinking it would be affordable to keep running, but the ongoing costs have been more irritating than I expected.
The toner isn’t exactly cheap, and the maintenance parts seem to creep up on you. When something needed replacing, it also wasn’t super clear at first, so I ended up feeling like just another ticket number trying to figure out what was going on.
The print quality itself is fine, so I can’t really complain there. But with what I’ve spent keeping it going, I don’t think I’d buy this one again

"Pretty reliable, but it have its moments"
I’ve been using it for a while it work fine most of the time. Every now and then it breaks or acts up, which is annoying, but it’s not a constant problem.

"Support just didn’t feel right"
I tried reaching out to kyocera support for help with my printer, it was frustrating. I waited a long time, got transferred around, and nobody really fixed the issue. It felt like they were just following a script instead of actually listening. My gut told me quickly this wasn’t going anywhere, and unfortunately, I was right. I’m still dealing with the same problem

"Basic stuff was harder to find than it should be"
The site looks fine overall, but actually using it was kind of frustrating. Some pages loaded a little slow for me, and it took way too many clicks to find basic support info. The search results also weren’t really what I expected. It’s not the worst site ever, but I definitely left feeling annoyed

"Pretty decent for everyday stuff"
I’ve been using this mostly for random paperwork, receipts, and a few things I needed to email over, and for that kind of basic use it does the job without much trouble. Setup and day-to-day scanning have been fine, and most text documents come through clear enough to read. I did notice, though, after trying a few different types of pages, that the scan quality isn’t always super consistent. Photos and lighter pages can look a little dull or washed out. It’s not bad by any means, I just thought it might be a bit sharper coming from Kyocera.

"Didn’t last as long as I expected"
I really wasn’t using this heavily at all, so I was disappointed when the hinge cracked. It was just normal everyday use, like opening it a few times, moving it around a bit, putting it away and taking it back out, nothing rough or unusual. I’ve had cheaper stuff hold up better after getting tossed in a bag, used around the house, or handled by different people, so this cracking so quickly was a letdown

"I’ve had this Kyocera printer for a..."
I’ve had this Kyocera printer for a few months now, and from what I remember using it week to week, the print quality has been reliable. Text usually comes out sharp and clean, even when I’m just using regular paper. The color prints are fine too, I wouldn’t say they’re photo-quality or anything, but for office documents and the kind of stuff I print, they’ve been good enough. I do remember seeing some light streaks once, but after running a cleaning it seemed to clear up. Overall, I’m happy with it. Not perfect, but definitely no major complaints.

"Found the part I needed right away"
I was able to find the replacement part I needed really quickly. From my experience, it was straightforward and saved me a lot of time.

"Finally, a delivery that didn’t turn into a whole ordeal"
I ordered from Kyocera and, i was bracing myself for the usual shipping nonsense, but it actually showed up faster than I expected. Tracking worked the way it was supposed to, which feels like a miracle these days, and the package arrived in good shape. For once, the delivery was just simple and drama-free. No complaints here.

"Finally a tech brand that doesn’t make me feel like the bad guy"
It actually feels nice buying from a company that seems to care about waste. I feel like regular people are always the ones blamed for everything, so it’s a relief to support a brand that’s at least trying to be greener...

"Easy enough to keep clean"
It’s been easy to maintain so far. The parts come apart without much hassle, and cleaning them didn’t take long at all. Just rinsed everything out and

"Setup was more frustrating than I expected"
I tried getting my Kyocera printer set up, and it turned into a bit of a headache. The instructions didn’t line up with what I was seeing on my screen, even small things like button names and menu options were different. I spent way longer on it than I planned, and after all that, it still isn’t working quite right.

"Paper handling is more stressful than it should be"
My Kyocera printer is fine most of the time, but the paper handling has been a bit of a headache. Every now and then it pulls the paper in slightly crooked, and I’ve had a few jams when using thicker paper. Regular A4 usually goes through without much trouble, but I didn’t expect something as simple as printing to add this much random stress to my day. It’s not a terrible printer, just not as smooth or reliable with paper as I hoped. Average for office use.
